Hi! I am a personal trainer in Marlow helping over-40s to get stronger and improve fitness and mobility. Supportive and non judgemental training in a private environment means my clients can build confidence and knowledge and have some fun along the way.


My approach as a personal trainer is to focus more on how my clients feel about themselves than about body measurements. No tape measures, scales or composition tests. 


Build lean muscle, feel fitter and more energised, move better - the rest will follow.

My mission is to empower people to embrace strength and mobility training as part of their regular routine, to bring about lifelong positive change, for now and long into the future.

Strength training becomes much more important as we get older. During our 30s we start to lose muscle mass and bone density.

I have a private personal training area kitted out with a wide range of quality equipment. 

Learn how to train effectively in a supportive and non-judgemental environment - build confidence to step into a gym or take those classes you are interested in.


My equipment includes:

Women's 15kg Olympic barbell

Olympic weight plates

Hex dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands

Mirafit weight training bench

Mirafit wallmounted cable machine

TRX and pull up bar
